Take control of your content with powerful meme management features. Boost your best memes for increased visibility or remove content you no longer want on your profile.
Accessing Meme Options
To manage your memes, you'll need to access the three-dot menu on any of your posted memes. Here's how:
Navigate to Your Profile
Go to your profile screen and view your uploaded memes in the "Memes" tab.
Tap the Three-Dot Menu
On any of your memes, tap the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the meme card to access management options.
Boosting Your Memes
Boost your memes to increase their visibility and reach a larger audience. This feature is exclusively available to Memelords.
Memelord Exclusive Feature
Only users with Memelord status can boost their memes. If you're not a Memelord yet, learn how to become one in our Memelord Program guide.
Select "Boost" Option
From the three-dot menu on your meme, select the Boost option with the rocket icon.
Choose Gem Amount
Select how many gems you want to spend on boosting. Available options:
Boost Activated!
Your meme will receive increased visibility in feeds, trending sections, and category pages. The boost effect is immediate and helps your content reach more users.
Need More Gems?
If you don't have enough gems to boost your meme, you'll be prompted to purchase more gems. Gems can be bought directly through the app's gem store.

Sometimes you might want to remove a meme from your profile. The delete feature allows you to permanently remove any of your uploaded memes.
Important Warning
Deleting a meme is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, the meme will be removed from your profile, all feeds, and any collections it was saved to by other users.
Select "Delete" Option
From the three-dot menu on your meme, select the Delete option with the trash icon.
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you're sure you want to delete the meme. This is your last chance to cancel the action.
Meme Deleted
Once confirmed, your meme will be permanently removed from Memenova. You'll see a confirmation message, and the meme will disappear from your profile immediately.

Boost your best-performing memes or new uploads you believe have viral potential. Don't boost every meme - be selective for maximum impact.
🗑️ Think Before Deleting
Consider if a meme might gain popularity later. Sometimes memes that don't perform well initially can become relevant again with trending topics.

Keep track of your gem balance. Boost strategically and consider purchasing gems in bulk for better value when planning multiple boosts.
📊 Monitor Performance
Watch how your boosted memes perform compared to non-boosted ones. This helps you understand which content types benefit most from boosting.
