1. Introduction
Welcome to Memenova. This Privacy Policy explains how StaNLink ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our meme sharing platform.
Memenova offers loyalty-style, virtual rewards for creators. These do not function as cash or bank deposits and cannot be withdrawn from within the app.
By using Memenova, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We're committed to protecting your privacy while helping you create and share viral content.
2. Information Collection
We collect information to provide better services to our creators:
- Account Information: Username, email, profile picture, and age verification
- Content: Memes, videos, comments, and interactions you share
- Usage Data: How you use the app, preferences, and engagement metrics
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, and unique identifiers
- Purchase & rewards data: records of in-app purchases via Google Play Billing (for Gems) and your in-app rewards balances (e.g., Gems/SLK) used within Memenova.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Personalize your content feed using AI
- Operate our in-app rewards system (Gems/SLK) and show your in-app balances. Memenova does not process bank transfers, cash withdrawals, or money remittances inside the app.
- Ensure platform safety and prevent abuse
- Send important updates and notifications
- Analyze usage patterns to enhance features
Payouts & Conversions
Any cash conversions or off-app benefits (if applicable) are handled outside the mobile app via separate processes or portals and are not banking, money transfer, or cryptocurrency exchange services within the app.
Memelords can manage web-based payouts and purchases through our Memelords Website, which operates under the same privacy standards.
4. Information Sharing
We share information only when necessary:
- Public Content: Your posts and profile are visible to other users
- Service Providers: Trusted partners who help us operate the platform
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our community
- Business Transfers: In case of merger or acquisition
5. Your Rights
You have control over your data:
- Access and download your data via our "Download My Data" feature
- Update or correct your information
- Delete your account and personal information
- Control privacy settings and visibility
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Request data portability
Data Download Service
You can request a complete copy of your data through Settings → Download My Data. We'll email you a ZIP file containing your profile, posts, comments, and activity data within 24 hours. Requests are limited to once every 2 months to prevent abuse.
Account Deletion & Data Policy
When you delete your account:
- Personal data is deleted: Email, name, bio, profile picture, and account credentials
- Public content is anonymized: Your memes and posts remain visible but are attributed to "Retired Memelord" with no link to you
- Memesquads you own: Ownership transfers to the earliest admin, or the squad is archived if no admins exist
- Manual content deletion: To completely remove your content, delete your posts manually before deleting your account
Additionally, your email address will be restricted from creating new accounts for 6 months. This cooling period policy helps maintain platform integrity and prevents abuse.

7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions.
8. Children's Privacy
Memenova is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
